Throughout his tenure, Sam has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Most recently, he led the Group’s insourcing, outsourcing, and diagnostic service operations for seven years. Sam’s comprehensive understanding of international recruitment dynamics allows him to navigate the complexities of different markets and cultures with ease.
