Sam oversees all international recruitment into our UK and Rest-of-World locations, including New Zealand and the UAE. With over 12 years of dedicated service at Acacium Group, Sam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, ensuring that our global recruitment efforts are both effective and efficient. Throughout his tenure, Sam has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Most recently, he led the Group’s insourcing, outsourcing, and diagnostic service operations for seven years. Sam’s comprehensive understanding of international recruitment dynamics allows him to navigate the complexities of different markets and cultures with ease. 

Mark plays a pivotal role in partnering with the leadership team by providing essential financial input into business decisions and managing the financial side of the business. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Mark ensures that financial considerations are at the forefront of Espirita’s organisational strategies, driving informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Mark’s key responsibilities include ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, where he meticulously tracks and manages revenues and expenses to ensure financial health and profitability. His expertise in P&L management is instrumental in identifying trends, optimising financial performance, and guiding the organisation towards its financial goals. 

Lesley has been a dedicated nurse for 13 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for optimising healthcare delivery, enhancing patient experience, and advocating for nurses. Her commitment to these core principles has made her an invaluable asset to Espirita and a trusted leader in the healthcare community. Her hands-on experience spans a variety of healthcare settings, from acute care hospitals to community health centers. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and the complexities of healthcare delivery. 

With 30 years of extensive healthcare experience in the UK and overseas, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Over the past decade, she has honed her focus on digital learning, making significant strides in the integration of technology and education within the healthcare sector. Her contributions have been pivotal in shaping the Espirita Learning product, which delivers high-quality content to our global clinicians. Jenna is responsible for international recruitment, specialising in supporting nurses looking to relocate to the United States. With her wealth of personal experience and professional expertise, Jenna plays a crucial role in helping nurses navigate the complexities of international relocation and transition smoothly into their new roles. Having lived throughout the United States and Canada, Jenna brings first-hand knowledge of the relocation process. This experience enables her to provide empathetic and practical support to nurses, making her an invaluable resource for those embarking on this significant life change. 

Elizabeth is dedicated to helping healthcare professionals realise their dreams of working in the United States. With over eight years of international recruitment experience, she expertly screens candidates and matches them with ideal roles. Elizabeth guides candidates through every step of the process, from securing state nursing licenses to refining resumes and interview skills. Her extensive experience in global relocations to the UK, USA, and New Zealand provides invaluable insights to help professionals advance their careers internationally.

Preston is a seasoned Staff Accountant with a strong background in accounts receivables. He oversees our financial health by monitoring the profit and loss statement, forecasting financial trends, and managing invoicing processes.
