Sam leads all international recruitment into our US and global markets, including the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. With more than 12 years of dedicated service at Acacium Group, he brings deep expertise and a proven track record of building high‑performing, scalable recruitment functions. 

Prior to his current role, Sam spent seven years overseeing Acacium Group’s insourcing, outsourcing, and diagnostic service operations, driving operational excellence across multiple regions. His strategic insight and comprehensive understanding of global workforce dynamics enable him to navigate diverse markets with confidence, ensuring our international recruitment strategy remains effective, efficient, and future‑focused. 

Mark plays a pivotal role in partnering with the leadership team by providing essential financial input into business decisions and managing the financial side of the business. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Mark ensures that financial considerations are at the forefront of Espirita’s organisational strategies, driving informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Mark’s key responsibilities include ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, where he meticulously tracks and manages revenues and expenses to ensure financial health and profitability. His expertise in P&L management is instrumental in identifying trends, optimising financial performance, and guiding the organisation towards its financial goals. 

Jenna is responsible for our international recruitment operations with a particular focus on supporting nurses relocating to the United States. Combining extensive professional expertise with her own personal relocation experience, she offers unparalleled guidance to candidates embarking on this life-changing journey. Having lived across the United States and Canada, Jenna understands the practical and emotional challenges of moving abroad. Her empathetic, hands‑on approach ensures nurses feel supported, prepared, and confident as they transition into their new careers and lives overseas. 

Elizabeth is committed to helping healthcare professionals achieve their dreams of working in the United States. With over eight years of international recruitment experience, she excels at identifying top talent, guiding candidates through licensure processes, and preparing them for every step of their professional transition. Her background in supporting relocations to the UK, USA, and New Zealand gives Elizabeth valuable insight into global mobility. Preston is a highly skilled Staff Accountant with strong expertise in accounts receivable and financial analysis.
