With over 12 years of dedicated service at Acacium Group, Sam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, ensuring that our global recruitment efforts are both effective and efficient. Throughout his tenure, Sam has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Most recently, he led the Group’s insourcing, outsourcing, and diagnostic service operations for seven years. Sam’s comprehensive understanding of international recruitment dynamics allows him to navigate the complexities of different markets and cultures with ease. 

As Vice President in the United States with 23 years of healthcare recruitment experience, Paul is a seasoned professional committed to delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates. Throughout his extensive career, Paul has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s unique demands and challenges, enabling him to help organisations build high-performing teams and guide individuals to fulfilling careers. 

Mark plays a pivotal role in partnering with the leadership team by providing essential financial input into business decisions and managing the financial side of the business. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Mark ensures that financial considerations are at the forefront of Espirita’s organisational strategies, driving informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Mark’s key responsibilities include ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, where he meticulously tracks and manages revenues and expenses to ensure financial health and profitability. His expertise in P&L management is instrumental in identifying trends, optimising financial performance, and guiding the organisation towards its financial goals. 

Will brings over 13 years of experience in Healthcare Services to his role, combining a strong background in operations and transformation with a dedication to managing service delivery on a global scale. In his role as Operations Director, Will oversees the seamless delivery of our services worldwide, ensuring that every aspect of our operations meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Will’s ability to navigate complex operational landscapes has enabled him to implement effective solutions that enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes. With a proven track record of operational excellence and a steadfast commitment to transformation, Will continues to drive our global service delivery efforts, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. 

Lesley has been a dedicated nurse for 13 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for optimising healthcare delivery, enhancing patient experience, and advocating for nurses. Her commitment to these core principles has made her an invaluable asset to Espirita and a trusted leader in the healthcare community. Her hands-on experience spans a variety of healthcare settings, from acute care hospitals to community health centers. With 30 years of extensive healthcare experience in the UK and overseas, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Jenna is responsible for international recruitment, specialising in supporting nurses looking to relocate to the United States. With her wealth of personal experience and professional expertise, Jenna plays a crucial role in helping nurses navigate the complexities of international relocation and transition smoothly into their new roles. Having lived throughout the United States and Canada, Jenna brings first-hand knowledge of the relocation process. This experience enables her to provide empathetic and practical support to nurses, making her an invaluable resource for those embarking on this significant life change. 

As the Business Improvement Director at Acacium Group, Bobbie Hewitt is instrumental in driving recruitment strategies and enhancing client relationships. With over four years at Acacium, she has successfully managed end-to-end recruitment solutions, including for Cleveland Clinic London, where she recruited over 1,600 staff. Bobbie’s leadership extends to implementing cost-saving initiatives and increasing bank utilisation for acute and mental health clients. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence, which earned her the Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation award, have made her a vital asset in the healthcare recruitment sector.
