Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – Virginia

Role Overview:
Work in a cutting-edge Long-Term Acute Care facility, supporting patient recovery and independence. You’ll manage a 1:5 patient ratio and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care in a long-term acute setting
• Support physicians in treatment and care planning
• Manage multiple patient cases independently
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Coordinate complex care with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• NCLEX-RN certification
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willingness to relocate for at least 2 years
