Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in Washington, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and limitations.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and reduce pain.
  • Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation equipment.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with Washington State regulations.
  • Stay current with continuing education and physical therapy best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active or eligible for Washington State PT licensure.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on therapy.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements

  • Valid PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants).
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare environment.
