As an Occupational Therapist in Indiana, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and occupational performance.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home programs.
Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the U.S.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Valid OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants).
Willingness to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare environment.
