Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and limitations.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and reduce pain.
Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation equipment.
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with Indiana State regulations.
Stay current with continuing education and physical therapy best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active or eligible for Indiana State PT licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on therapy.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Requirements
Valid PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants).
Willingness to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare environment.
