Role Overview

Rehabilitation Registered Nurses play a critical role in guiding patients through recovery and rehabilitation. You’ll work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, promote functional improvement, and support long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Administer medications and manage therapeutic treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home care strategies
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
• Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience, preferably in rehabilitation or similar settings
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to Missouri for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
