Role Overview

As a Medical-Surgical RN, you will deliver direct patient care, manage individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Perform assessments and implement evidence-based care plans
  • Document patient progress and clinical interventions
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
  • Minimum 24 months recent acute care Med-Surg experience
  • English language proficiency
  • Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD (based on experience)
