Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence‑based nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate appropriately
• Uphold all hospital, state, and federal regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active RN license or eligibility for Kansas RN licensure
• Minimum 24 months of recent acute care experience in a medical-surgical unit
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $43–$50 USD, depending on experience
