About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced CT Sonographer to join a respected health system in Alaska on a three-year contract, performing high-quality CT imaging within a collaborative, patient-focused diagnostic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans accurately and efficiently, following established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for optimal image quality and comfort
  • Administer contrast media as required, monitoring for adverse reactions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting issues promptly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and the wider clinical team to support diagnosis
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology/Sonography (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency)
  • ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 24 months of recent CT experience
  • English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
  • Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
