About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist in Indiana, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and occupational performance.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home programs.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active or eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Valid OT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants).
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare environment.
