We are seeking experienced, adaptable, and compassionate Radiologic Technologists with skills in General X‑Ray, CT, MRI, and Interventional Radiology to join a respected acute health system in Fairbanks, Alaska, on a three‑year contract.
You’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art imaging equipment in a collaborative environment known for trauma care excellence and a strong commitment to patient‑centred care.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (e.g., X‑ray, CT) in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning and high‑quality imaging while prioritising comfort and safety
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting technical issues promptly
Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory standards
Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA guidelines
Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients throughout the imaging process
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
Qualification must be obtained in Australia, Canada, or the USA for equivalency
ARRT certification (or eligibility in progress)
English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
Minimum 24 months of recent acute care experience
Willingness to relocate to Alaska for at least three years
