About the Role: We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and skilled Registered Nurse with current experience in Emergency Department care. You will be responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and providing care in compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency and clinical effectiveness. Successful candidates will have the ability to review assessment data, diagnostics, and laboratory results, and report any abnormalities to physicians and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients’ conditions rapidly and accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide emergency care and stabilize patients
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN) 
• NCLEX-RN Exam has been successfully passed
• English Proficiency Certificate (or native speaker)
• 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting 
• Ability/willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
