Registered Nurse – Emergency Department – Texas (San Antonio)

About the Role:
As an ED Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in stabilizing patients and supporting their recovery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and stabilize incoming patients
• Administer medications and initiate IVs
• Perform procedures (e.g., intubations, sutures, tracheotomies)
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with emergency care teams
• Transfer stable patients to appropriate departments

Requirements:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• NCLEX-RN certification
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willingness to relocate for at least 2 years
