About the Role
We are hiring compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurses for a three-year contract in Kansas.

You will play a critical role in caring for patients who require close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions, bridging the gap between ICU and general medical-surgical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with complex conditions requiring continuous observation
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and provide advanced interventions
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care when necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
• English proficiency
• Minimum 24 months of recent PCU or acute care experience
• Willingness to relocate to Kansas for a minimum of 3 years
