About the Role: Join a state-of-the-art Long-Term Acute Care facility where you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team—physiotherapists, RNs, and care staff—to support patient recovery and independence. You’ll manage a 1:5 patient ratio, deliver high-quality clinical care, and play a vital role in complex treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in a long-term acute setting.
• Support physicians in treatment and recovery plans.
• Manage multiple patient cases independently.
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration.
• Collaborate on complex care (e.g., ventilator weaning, neurological recovery, trauma care).

Requirements:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• NCLEX-RN certification.
• English proficiency (or native speaker).
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Willingness to relocate for at least 2 years.
