Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – Iowa

Role Overview:

• Deliver high-quality care in a long-term acute care setting
• Maintain a 1:5 patient ratio
• Support physicians in treatment and recovery plans
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Manage complex cases (ventilator weaning, neurological recovery, post-trauma care)
• Monitor and report clinical data abnormalities

Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willing to relocate for at least 2 years
