Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – Pennsylvania

As part of the Long-Term Acute Care team, you’ll work in a modern facility alongside a multidisciplinary group of physiotherapists, RNs, and support staff. This role offers excellent career development in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care in a long-term acute care setting
• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio with confidence and clinical precision
• Support physicians in treatment planning and recovery
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Interpret diagnostics and lab results, reporting abnormalities promptly
• Contribute to complex care for conditions such as ventilator weaning, neurological disorders, and trauma recovery

Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willing to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
