Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – Virginia

Position Highlights: Join the core team at a state-of-the-art Critical Illness Recovery Hospital, where ICU nurses deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This role supports patient recovery and independence through expert clinical care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a long-term acute setting.
• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio with autonomy and clinical precision.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and care teams.
• Oversee rehabilitation, medication administration, and complex treatments (e.g., ventilator weaning, neurological recovery).
• Analyse diagnostics and report critical changes promptly.

Requirements:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• NCLEX-RN certification.
• English proficiency (or native speaker).
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• Willingness to relocate for at least 2 years.
