Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – Virginia

About the Role:

Join a modern Critical Illness Recovery Hospital, working with a multidisciplinary team—including physiotherapists, RNs, and support staff—to help patients regain independence and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care in a long-term acute care setting
• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio with clinical accuracy
• Support physicians in treatment and recovery plans
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Analyze diagnostics and lab results, reporting abnormalities
• Provide complex care for ventilator weaning, neurological disorders, and trauma recovery

 Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willing to relocate for at least 2 years
