Registered Nurse – Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) – West Virginia

Role Overview:

Join the core team at a state-of-the-art Long-Term Acute Care facility, working alongside physiotherapists, RNs, and support staff to help patients regain independence. ICU nurses will manage a 1:5 patient ratio, delivering high-quality care and contributing to complex recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in a long-term acute care setting
• Support physicians in treatment and recovery plans
• Manage multiple patient cases independently
• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration
• Collaborate on care for conditions like ventilator weaning, neurological disorders, and trauma recovery

Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• Passed NCLEX-RN
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
• Willingness to relocate for at least 2 years
