Espirita is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to join a non‑profit community hospital in Alaska. This nationally recognised facility is a leading provider of adult and pediatric trauma care, operating as a Level 4 trauma centre with 152 licensed beds. You’ll be part of a dynamic organisation known for strong nurse‑to‑patient ratios, shared leadership, and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
The hospital serves the surrounding region and outlying counties across approximately 320 km, delivering innovative, personalised healthcare to the community. Beyond the exceptional clinical environment, Alaska offers an unmatched lifestyle—small‑town living, breathtaking scenery, and endless outdoor recreation create a truly unique place to live and work.
This position requires a confident, skilled, and adaptable Medical/Surgical RN who can delegate appropriately and deliver care in line with hospital policies, procedures, and evidence‑based practice. A strong commitment to ongoing professional development is essential, along with the ability to promote continuity of care through clear, accurate communication with RNs, LPNs, and other caregivers.
