Role Overview

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses will provide direct patient care, manage individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop care plans
• Document clinical interventions and track patient progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and coordinate with care teams
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
• Minimum of 24 months of recent acute-care experience in medical-surgical nursing
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to Michigan for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
