Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Rehabilitation – Indiana

This role demands a confident, dynamic, and skilled Registered Nurse who can delegate effectively and provide care in adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency and clinical effectiveness. Successful candidates will possess the ability to review assessment data, diagnostics, laboratory results, and promptly communicate any abnormal findings to physicians and the wider team.

Salary range & hours: $28.11 to $46.47ph dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ medical needs and devise personalised nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and collaborate with physicians on prognosis and treatment.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN) or Country equivalent
• NCLEX-RN Passer (or in progress)
• Appropriate Board of Nursing RN License (or willing to obtain)
• English Proficiency Examination (If required)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS/PALS or additional certification
• 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
• Ability/Willingness to relocate for a minimum of 3 years
