Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Rehabilitation – Indiana

The Role: We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and skilled Registered Nurse who excels in delegation and adheres to policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and clinical effectiveness. Successful candidates will review assessment data, diagnostics, and laboratory results, promptly communicating any abnormal findings to physicians and the wider team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ medical needs and devise personalized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and collaborate with physicians on prognosis and treatment.
• Work closely with physical therapists, social workers, and occupational therapists.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN) 
• NCLEX-RN Exam has been successfully passed
• English Proficiency Certificate (or native speaker)
• 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting 
• Ability/willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
