Role Overview:

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses will provide direct patient care, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
  • Perform assessments and implement individualized care plans
  • Document clinical interventions and patient progress
  • Respond to changes in patient status and coordinate with care teams
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
  • Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • English language proficiency
  • Willingness to relocate to West-Virginia for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
